If, like us, you are looking to train at home during this time where gyms are closed, we are going to put together this resource of home workouts that we are doing for our training.
We are working through the Catalyst Athletics program that Greg Everett is generously sharing on their social media. All credit for these workouts goes to them! Their original Instagram posts are below, which share their tips, and with our videos that we have made to demo the exercises.
We have found these workouts absolutely perfect, keeping up technique, working on some fitness, definitely providing the DOMS! You can use a broom or anything you have for the weightlifting movements and be creative for any free weights.
